This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are accepted and refunds are processed. It applies to all services purchased through our website, Razorpay payment gateway, or direct bank transfer.
By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy. Please read it carefully before initiating any transaction.
1. Types of Services & Applicability
Our services fall into two categories:
- Project-Based Services: Web development, mobile app development, SaaS development, UI/UX design, and one-time digital setups. Billed as a fixed-price project with an advance payment.
- Subscription / Retainer Services: Digital marketing management, cloud hosting, and monthly maintenance plans. Billed monthly or quarterly on a recurring basis.
The refund and cancellation terms differ for each category, as described in the sections below.
2. Cancellation Policy
2a. Project-Based Services
- Before project kickoff: Full refund of the advance payment, minus a 5% processing/administrative fee.
- Within 48 hours of project kickoff: 75% refund of the advance payment if significant work has not commenced.
- After work has commenced (beyond 48 hours): The advance payment (typically 50% of the project cost) is non-refundable once work has started. You will not be charged for work not yet completed.
- Post-completion: No refund is applicable once the final deliverables have been submitted and approved by the client.
To initiate a cancellation, send a written request to contact@clojaxsaas.in from your registered email address, clearly stating the project name and reason for cancellation.
2b. Subscription / Retainer Services
- You may cancel a subscription at any time by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellations received after the billing date are effective at the end of the current billing period � no prorated refunds are issued for the unused portion.
- All active campaigns, assets, and configurations created for the client will be handed over within 7 business days of cancellation confirmation.
3. Refund Policy
3a. Eligible Refund Conditions
- Project cancelled before work commences (full refund minus processing fee).
- Project cancelled within 48 hours of kickoff (partial refund as above).
- We are unable to deliver the agreed scope of work due to reasons on our part � a prorated refund will be issued for the undelivered portion.
- Duplicate payment made by the client (full refund of the duplicate charge).
- Payment made for a service not provided within the committed timeframe (subject to review).
3b. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Advance payment once work has commenced (beyond 48-hour window).
- Completed work that the client declines to use or requests changes beyond original scope.
- Subscription charges for the current billing period after cancellation request.
- Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (domain registration, hosting purchases, API subscriptions, advertising spends, stock assets).
- Rush delivery fees paid for expedited turnaround.
- Consultation fees or strategy sessions already conducted.
3c. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5�7 business days from the date of refund approval. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:
- Razorpay (Card / Net Banking / UPI / Wallet): 5�7 business days (subject to issuing bank processing time)
- Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT / IMPS): 3�5 business days
- PayPal (International): 5�10 business days
You will receive an email confirmation at your registered email address once the refund is initiated from our end.
4. Service Delivery & Fulfilment
CLOJAX SAAS SERVICES provides exclusively digital / intangible services. There is no physical shipment involved. Deliverables are provided as follows:
- Web & App Development: Delivered via deployment to client-provided hosting / domain, or via secure file transfer (Google Drive / email) within the agreed timeline.
- Design Assets: Delivered as digital files (Figma, PSD, PNG, SVG) via email or shared cloud folder.
- Digital Marketing: Services rendered on an ongoing basis. Monthly reports delivered by email within 5 business days after month-end.
- Cloud Hosting: Server access credentials and panel access provided within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Consultation: Delivered via video call or email within the scheduled appointment time.
Estimated delivery timelines are specified in the project proposal or service agreement. Any delay caused by client-side delays (late content submission, delayed approvals, scope change requests) will not constitute a breach of delivery commitment.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to contact@clojaxsaas.in with subject line: "Refund Request � [Your Project / Order ID]"
- Include your full name, registered email, project/order details, date of payment, and reason for refund.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- After reviewing the request against this policy, we will approve or decline the refund within 5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be initiated and credited within 5�7 business days.
6. Disputes & Grievance Redressal

We are committed to resolving all disputes amicably. In the event of an unresolved dispute, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
